Can I access my gobox while it is in storage?
Yes, just give us 24 hours advance notice. We’ll move your gobox to the Public Access Area where you can view your possessions. Our office is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. A $50.00 After Hours Call Out Fee applies if you need access to your gobox at night after office hours or on statutory holidays.
How often can I access my gobox?
You may access your gobox as many times as you want. Our office is open Monday–Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm. Just give us a call the day before and we'll make sure your gobox is available for you. A $50.00 After Hours Call Out Fee is charged for access at night after closing time or for service on Sundays or on statutory holidays.
How safe are my possessions?
Security is a priority at GO BOX Storage.
To give you peace of mind, we have 24 hour surveillance, a gated and fenced perimeter and resident on-site property managers. The general public does not have access to the storage facility and only you or an agent you authorize can access your gobox.
What are your office and yard hours?
Year Round Office Hours
9:00am–5:00pm Monday-Saturday
Summer Yard Hours (May 1–Oct. 31)
9:00am–7:00pm Seven Days a Week
Winter Yard Hours (Nov. 1–Apr. 30)
9:00am–6:00pm Monday-Saturday
Contact us if an emergency makes it necessary for you to need access to your gobox outside office hours. A $50.00 After Hours Call Out Fee is charged for access at night after closing time or for service on Sundays or on statutory holidays.

GO BOX Storage is located at 2853 Bowers Place on 2½ acres in the Iron Mask Industrial Park.
